The villa on the Dnieper is the result of a synergistic collaboration with Pininfarina Extra and continuous research of +Studio in the theme of exclusive design. The collaboration concerns both architectural project and landscape design. Within a private park of 12,000 square meters, the villa reaches 3500 square meters (service areas excluded). Three main volumes of the villa that resemble boats prows evoke the water element. The nautical inspiration difines the entire residential complex. The central volume contains representative spaces, while the lateral ones accommodate a swimming pool, a gym, a cinema and guest rooms.

The garage located in the basement level is not just a shelter for cars, but a real showroom that hosts a provate collection of sports cars. The tropical room overlooking the island and the private ock seems to be suspended. The 400 square meters wellness area apart from traditional sauna, Turkish bath and massage room, is enriched with surreal environments such as salt room, snow, snow room, Russian sauna, chromo therapy and relaxation room with a particular wooden sculpture. The estimated cost of the project is approximately 35 million euros.
